Every cable I run is labeled at both ends, tested, and written down, so you and the next tech know what's what.

How a job runs

  1. Call, text or WhatsApp.

    (214) 316-8238, or send a message. Tell me what's going on.

  2. A five-minute call.

So I know what to bring and you know who's coming.

  3. I come look.

By appointment. The look covers seeing the problem and quoting the fix. If it's a ten-minute fix you can do yourself, I'll show you and head out.

  4. You get it in writing.

Scope, labor, parts and total, before anything starts. Quotes are good for 30 days.

Questions people ask

Will the card reader drop out during the dinner rush?

Not because of the Wi-Fi. I put the POS terminals and printers on their own Cat6, so they don't compete with every phone in the dining room. If the internet itself goes out, a cellular backup can give the POS a second connection, quoted in writing.

Can you come out if the card reader goes down mid-service?

Yes. Call or text (214) 316-8238, even late. If it needs me there, I'll give you the price and when I can arrive before I head out, often the same night.

Can you work before open or after close?

Yes. Business jobs get scheduled around your hours.

Is the first look really free?

Yes: by appointment, one per household for homes, in DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Lancaster, Dallas, Oak Cliff and Grand Prairie. Any work is quoted in writing before it starts.

How much does it cost to run Ethernet through a house?

Every house is different, so the number comes from the first look. The setup and access point prices are on the Home Wi-Fi page.

Prebuilt or custom PC?

If a prebuilt fits and costs less, buy the prebuilt. I'd rather tell you that than take the job.

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Call, text or WhatsApp in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer. The visit can be in Spanish too.
