This site sets no cookies

This site doesn’t set any cookies, and it uses no local or session storage. Your browser may keep Cloudflare’s error-reporting setting for up to 7 days. There are no ad pixels or tracking scripts. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without setting cookies or storing anything; the Privacy policy explains it. The site works with cookies blocked.

Cloudflare’s security cookies

Cloudflare hosts this site and protects it from attacks. If one of Cloudflare’s security checks runs on your visit, Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie:

__cf_bm: set when Cloudflare’s bot protection is turned on for the site. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.
cf_clearance: set when Cloudflare runs a security check on your browser. After a challenge you complete, it lasts 30 minutes by default. When bot protection is on, an automatic background check also sets it on page visits and keeps renewing it while you browse; Cloudflare gives that check a 15-minute lifespan.

They’re there for security only. I don’t use them to track you or show you ads, and Cloudflare lists them as strictly necessary. Cloudflare describes them on its cookie page.

Blocking or deleting cookies

Your browser’s settings let you block or delete cookies at any time.

If this changes, for example if I ever add a tool that uses cookies, I’ll update this page and the date at the top first.
