About
Josh Molina. Owner, and the one who shows up.
I'm Josh. I live in DeSoto, and I keep my work close to home on purpose. I do the work myself, in English or Spanish.
Call, text or WhatsApp (214) 316-8238. Text is fastest, and I try to answer the same day.

The trade
AV and low-voltage installation is my trade: media rooms, displays and projectors, speakers, racks, structured cabling, terminations, backboards and conduit. I've done a few years of it on commercial jobs, where the work gets inspected and has to be right. That's where my habits come from: Cat6 terminated to T568B, and every drop wiremap-tested, labeled at both ends and documented. Ironclad brings the same habits to houses and small businesses.
The computers
They go back further. About ten years of builds: towers, workstations, servers, enough that I lost count somewhere. I learned parts selection and tuning the slow way, off spec sheets and forum threads, years before you could ask an AI to hand you a list.
Why I went out on my own
I kept hearing the same story. Somebody paid a guy, it half worked, and then nobody would come back for it. I'd rather be the one you can call twice.
English and Spanish
I work in both. On a job site, that usually means English with the super and Spanish with the owner or the crew. At your house or your business, it's whichever you're more comfortable in.
On photos
You won't find a gallery of customers' homes or businesses here. I've done work where that mattered a great deal, and the habit stuck. If work of mine ever shows up on this site, it's because the owner told me it could, and it'll be a photo of the work itself, like a panel, a rack or a labeled drop, not of somebody's living room.
What you get either way
- You deal with me, start to finish. No queue, no ticket number, no tech who's never seen the job before.
- On jobs that need a second pair of hands, a helper works alongside me.
- A limited 90-day warranty on my workmanship, in writing. Read it
- 30 days of support after a home job or a PC build.
- A number that reaches the person who did the work.
Written quote before any work, good for 30 days. Deposit: parts plus half the labor to book the date; jobs under $300 are paid when finished. Signed at your home? You can cancel until midnight of the third business day and get everything back. Limited 90-day workmanship warranty, in writing. Read it
The first look is free: by appointment, one per household for homes, in DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Lancaster, Dallas, Oak Cliff and Grand Prairie. Any work is quoted in writing before it starts.
If something isn't working the way it should, tell me.
